readinessThe Centre for development of the South -East Region implemented electronic database of legal entities in the region, using web application (http://www.rdc.mk/ebaza) developed and implemented by iVote. In order to encourage economic and financial development, the Centre for development enabled web site with free registration and online presentation of products and services from the regional companies. The system provides free web access for fast growing companies with business potential. This electronic database of legal entities of the South-East Region aims to help companies to establish mutual partnership and communication and to increase their business opportunities.

The Centre for development of the South East Region is one of eight centers in the country established under the Law for equal regional development. Its mission is to provide professional expertise and technical assistance to support the regional economy and employment in the South-East region of Macedonia according to EU criteria.

“In 2013 our organization has started to work on the project that requires IT solutions and services. We were well acquainted with the work and qualified team of the iVote company and we choose them to develop a system that meets our specific needs and demands. ”said Sofija Bogeva- General Secretary at Readiness for Europe 2020, organization that works with the Centre for development of the South -East Region. “We are very satisfied with the outcome. Companies can now access the system, fill out forms with required information and communicate with entrepreneurs, farmers, institutions and authorities associated with the development of entrepreneurship in the region. Implementation of the system provides access to the right information and professional guidance to the companies, thus inducing economic growth of the region”.

All interested legal entities can access the web site and register in the system. Members enter their own business data in the required fields. Collected data then is been processed and presented in the final reports. Web surveys and questionnaires are integral part of the web site. Based on the collected answers of the visitors, statistical analysis and reports can be done, revealing current trends and indicators in the economy. These tools are valuable media to the authorized institutions for providing fresh information for the region. The content and type of the questions can be easily managed according the needs of the Centre at any time.

“Excellent cooperation with all members of iVote who worked in this project and timely delivery of the system, are one of the main reasons why iVote will continue to be our business partner in the future”. –Sofija Bogeva.
