iVote was the main provider of the extensive training program for the technical staff of the Central Election Commission of Albania, in order to introduce the newly developed e-learning management system. The training course included lessons designed for the LMS administrators to teach how to operate with the system. Administrators will be able to manage electoral training programs by uploading all the learning courses and materials to the system. The e-learning platform will encompass interactive courses, video presentations, lessons, communication tools, evaluation forms and tests, to evaluate CEC employees and to gauge their learning progress.

Authorized access to the courses and training materials will enable employees to easily tackle election problems in specific areas during and after elections. LMS will help employees to strengthen their skills and performance and to be up to speed with the latest law modifications, events and news. The system has responsive design and can be approached by various devices such as PC-s, tablets, mobile phones etc. This allows users to access the learning materials at any time and from anywhere irrespective of their location and department.
