iVote, a long term partner of the Central Election Commission of Kosovo, has revealed the Election Staff Management System (ESMS) of the Central Election Commission. The ESMS is the newest module of the Demokra Elections Management System and is supported by IFES, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.  The module aims towards automation of the processes in the field of election staff recruitment, management and evaluation.

The system represents single consolidated place where all election staff data has been kept with security measures and authorized access. It contains historical data too, from the previous elections. Thousands of staff is recruited for the elections, so having a system able to process all this data has been more than necessary.

“Being chosen to develop and implement this kind of software solution was opportunity for iVote. We set the foundation of HR management system that will ease and hasten many processes that previously were made in other programs that required a lot of manual work and effort. With this module we set up an environment that will provide quality recruitment and professionalism in the election processes”. – stated Tomislav Zografski, the CEO of iVote.
