Today, the new e-Learning Management System, designed for the Central Election Commission of Albania was officially presented. The system was created by leading iVote consultants, with support from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) and funded by USAID. The aim of this project is to help CEC to improve staff training for electoral duties.

Fully customized e-Learning Management System has been developed, to provide CEC staff with secure and consistent access to a wide range of e-Learning training programs, interactive courses, e-testing evaluation forms, video courses and reference materials. Just-in-time training programs will augment workforce productivity and skill performances. The integration of the highly functional e-Learning Management System across all facets of the electoral activities will help CEC staff to manage the elections processes smoothly and without any difficulties.

Modernization processes of the Central Election Commission of Albania are sponsored by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems. Providing state of the art e-Learning Management System will drive employee performance to the new, improved levels. Employees can access the system any time and place they want, and from any PC, tablet or other mobile device. With this e-Learning Management System, the Central Election Commission of Albania will significantly reduce travel and accommodation costs for its employees participating in courses and trainings.
