Today, the 12th of April, 2019, in the Idrizovo Police Training Center, the iVote team was presenting the mobile application ‘The role of the police during the Presidential Elections’, that represents an online training course, and the Learning Management System developed in cooperation with OSCE and the received input from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The LMS is based on Moodle platform, a platform widely used for developing e-learning systems, and it is used as a software application for administration, documentation, following and access to e – learning educational courses and training modules. The developed courses are interactive, including exercises, quizzes, video conferences, forums and learning materials. The system is highly scalable, using the server structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and integrated with Active Directory which provides access for all police officers and staff.
The mobile app is used as an internal course of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees for education in relation to their role during the Elections. It is presented as an online course, Android application, iOS application and PDF handbook.

The Minister for internal affairs Oliver Spasovski, together with the Head of the OSCE Mission in Skopje, the Ambassador Clemens Koja, and the MOI Training Center Director, Goce Bachanov, were also part of this event.
