epistum promotioniVote’s Epistum e-learning management system has been launched at the Training Center of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia. The system provides interactive tools for better education of police candidates and upgrading soft skills of employees in the public sector in Macedonia. With this project, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia acquired platform for:

– Evaluation of candidates for employment

– System for internal education

– Orientation package for new employees

– Tool for internal web conferences

“This system enables preparation of courses with specific content, learning materials, planning courses – schedule of activities, calendar, work with educational materials (files) and educational content, knowledge assessment and evaluation of the participants and numerous tools for communication and collaboration between users, stated Gordana Jankulovska, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia. She also stated that this system is intended to serve as an additional tool in the learning process that will contribute towards well trained employees and improved public services for citizens of Macedonia.

“Delivering system for interactive, long-distance learning for employees in the public sector in Macedonia was responsible and thrilling assignment. With this system, users will be able to access in real time to the learning courses and materials thus improving their knowledge and work productivity”- said Mr. Tomislav Zografski, CEO of iVote.

The project was funded and coordinated by the OSCE Mission to Skopje, while Ministry of Information Society and Administration of the Republic of Macedonia and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia have taken active role in conducting it. iVote as technological partner in this project successfully and timely completed all planned activities.

The event was attended by the Ambassador of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, Ralf Breth, Minister of Interior Affairs, Gordana Jankulovska and Minister of Information Society and Administration, Ivo Ivanovski.
